I was in my mid-30s, doing everything right, and my body was completely ignoring me. Autoimmune disease. Low thyroid. Metabolic syndrome. PCOS. All of it landing at once. I trained hard, I ate clean, and nothing moved. Doctors told me my labs looked "fine."
